How add new language?

Sorry, but this feature deprecated.
At program's directory (by default c:\Program Files\) you can find some files
with ".lng" extensions.
If you want add new language:
- Copy "english.lng" to "Your language.lng".
- Open "Your language.lng" and translate english strings after "=" to you native language
For example, for Russian language :
- Copy english.lng to russian.lng
- Translate string "mainform.Label1.caption = Record" in english.lng to
"new.lng -> mainform.Label1.caption = Запись" in russian.lng and e.t.c.
